INVITATION TO TOUR
Bundaberg and Before Beyond
Friday 3 October 2008 – 16 October 2008
It is my pleasure to extend an invitation for you to take part in the coming NZIFCR Cricket Tour to Beyond and Before Bundaberg from 3 October and to take part in the AuIFCR Rotary Cricket Festival 12 – 16 October 2008.
Prior to the Festival we have arranged to fly to Cairns and to play three or four games in the week 4 – 11 October in that far flung part of Australia, wending our way southwards through exotic locations such as Innisfail, to Mission Beach and if time allows to Townsville, Airlie and Mackay. Then on to Bundaberg to participate in the AuIFCR Rotary Cricket Festival 12 – 16 October 2008. The final itinerary is still be settled with out Cairns Coordinator.

Travel Bookings
Those players who do not have our team playing shirt and cap or floppy hat, and for those who you will need to acquire aertex shirts and tie/scarf, will need to complete the clothing form details.

4 October – 11 October
Games in Cairns, Innisfail, Mission Beach, ?Townsville, ?Airlie /and Mackay

12 October - 16 October
AuIFCR Cricket Festival in Bundaberg
Games on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; with a Test Match between NZICR and AuIFCR under lights on the Wednesday.
PROGRAMME
Saturday 11th Oct. 6pm Early Arrivals BBQ Hosts Ian &Al. 7 Inspiration Court.
Sunday 12th Golf.
6pm Opening Ceremony (includes meal) Civic Centre
Monday 13th Cricket 40 overs followed by Match Review & fellowship.
Half Day Historical Tour
Afternoon: Transport provided to local shopping complexes.
Evening: River Cruise to Baltimore Restaurant & return.
OR Dining at local restaurants
Tuesday 14th Team Photos. Cricket.
Half Day Craft Tour See Registration Form for booking
Afternoon: Transport provided to local shopping complexes
Evening: Curry Night. Host Robert Ephraims OR Dining at local restaurants
Wed. 15th 6.30 for 6.45am Rotary Sunrise Breakfast meeting.
